NourishNY is a New York food access organization. We help Medicaid members apply for the NYS 1115 Waiver Nutrition Benefit through our Social Care Network partner — a free state program that delivers healthy meals and groceries to eligible households.

Our story
We started NourishNY in 2026 to fix a simple problem: New York's 1115 Medicaid Waiver created a powerful new nutrition benefit, but most eligible families had no idea it existed. We saw families one-by-one missing out on meals they were entitled to — through no fault of their own. So we built a way to find them, walk them through the application, and connect them with the program.

How we work
Applicants fill out a five-minute form on this site. Our team reviews and routes each application to our SCN partner, who confirms Medicaid eligibility with NY State. Approved members start receiving weekly food deliveries — at no cost. NourishNY handles the back-office and delivery coordination so members can focus on their health.

NourishNY LLC is a small, family-run New Jersey LLC formed in April 2026. We're partnering with a Social Care Network designated under the NYS Medicaid 1115 Waiver. We're not a hospital, not a Medicaid plan, and not a government agency — we're the people who help you fill out the form, get verified, and start receiving meals.
